Paula has worked as an engagement manager for McKinsey&Company and led strategy at three different social enterprises funded by Acumen and Pearson Affordable Fund. Paula holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
